Hearts & Minds Tip of the Week

Be aware that pre-packaged foods can contain unhealthy chemicals and preservatives and are often high in sodium, sugar and fat. They also tend to be expensive. If you make your own food with fresh and frozen ingredients, not onlly will you save money, but you also can control every last thing that goes into your food and into your body.
