Mentor Assistance

If you need assistance locating mental health resources, please call the NAMI Utah state office at (801) 323-9900, and ask for a mentor.

All NAMI classes and support groups are free of charge.

BRIDGES

A 12-week course providing support and education taught by individuals with mental illness who are living in recovery and can speak from personal experience.

Family-to- Family 

A 12-week course for family members of an adult with a mental illness that educates families on how to best care for and support their loved ones and themselves.

Connection

An ongoing support group for adults with mental illness where people learn from one another's experiences, share coping strategies, and offer encouragement in their recovery.

Survivor Support and Mentoring:

Have you lost a loved one to suicide? At the National Alliance on Mental Illnes we understand.  Utah ranks 7th highest in the nation for suicide.  In 2012, we lost 51 people to suicide in Davis County.
