Peer to Peer

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 10-week course for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery.

Family-to- Family 

NAMI Family to Family is a free, 12-week course for family members of an adult with a mental health conditions that educates families on how to best care for and support their loved ones and themselves.

No Registration is required for NAMI Support Groups, all you need to do is show up!

Connection

A free, ongoing support group for adults with mental health conditions where people learn from one another's experiences, share coping strategies, and offer encouragement in their recovery.
