Youth MOVE Utah

Youth MOVE Utah is a chapter of the national organization, Youth MOVE National. Our chapter is dedicated to training and empowering young adults, aged 16-26, to use their story to eliminate stigma and advocate for change in the social service system.

Youth MOVE Utah is a partnership between The State of Utah's Department of Human Services and the Utah Family Coalition. All training, events and activities are youth-led, planned by the Youth MOVE Advisory Board.

Our chapter hosts contests and community events that are open to all young adults aged 16-26, who have had experience in 'the system'. We also provide training and opportunities for Youth MOVE Utah Advisory Board members to develop their own leadership and advocacy skills.
