Peer to Peer

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, 10-session educational program for adults with mental illness who are looking to better understand their condition and journey toward recovery.

Family-to- Family 

NAMI Family to Family is a free, 12-week course for family members of an adult with a mental illness that educates families on how to best care for and support their loved ones and themselves.

A free, ongoing support group for adults with mental illness where people learn from one another's experiences, share coping strategies, and offer encouragement in their recovery.
