NAMI Weber Affiliate offers FREE education programs and support groups for people with mental illness /brain disorders and their families.
BRIDGES (for individuals living with a mental illness):
Starting May 6th, 2014 Tuesdays 1-3 p.m., Weber Human Services, Room E102 (237 26th St. Ogden, Utah)
Starting May 7, 2014 Wednesdays 6:30-8:30 p.m., Weber Human Services, Room E102 (237 26th St. Ogden, Utah)
FAMILIA A FAMILIA (For family members who have a loved one with a mental illness - Class is in Spanish) starting March 24, 2014 every Monday (except holidays) for 12 weeks from 5:30-8 p.m. Located at the WSU (Weber State University) Education Center, 2955 Harrison Boulvard, Suite 102, Ogden, Utah (lower floor of the Red Cross building).
Connection Support Group is offered for people who have mental illness (ages 18 years and older). The support group meets every Monday (except holidays) at 6:30 pm and is held at Weber Human Services, Room E102 (237 26th Street Ogden, UT 84401).
Family-To-Family Support Group is offered for family members (ages 14 years and older) of people who have mental illness. It offers support from those who understand. The support group meets every Monday (except holidays) at 6:30 pm and is held at Weber Human Services, 237 26th Street, Ogden, UT 84401. The group facilitator is Gary Empey.
